If your home needs routine maintenance, a standard cleaning is usually enough. If it hasn’t been professionally cleaned in a while—or you want a thorough reset—a deep clean is the better choice. We’re happy to recommend the right service based on your home and preferences.
How often should I schedule cleanings for the best results?
Most homeowners prefer bi-weekly cleanings. But we also have weekly and monthly options available, as well as one-time cleanings. The right frequency depends on your lifestyle, number of occupants, pets, and how tidy you like your home to feel day to day.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?
Yes, we provide all the supplies and tools needed for your cleaning. If you prefer we use your personal products, simply let us know.

Yes. We use high-quality, non-harsh products that are safe for homes with kids, pets, and delicate surfaces.
How long does a cleaning appointment usually take?
The timing depends on the size of your home and the type of cleaning. Standard cleanings typically take 3-4 hours, while deep cleans or move-outs may take longer.
Scheduling & Access
What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel an appointment?
Life happens! Just contact us as soon as possible to adjust your appointment. We have a simple, fair rescheduling policy to make the process easy.
Cancellations made after 5:00 PM the night before your scheduled clean will incur a $50 cancellation fee. This fee does not apply to reschedules — we’re always happy to move your appointment to a better time.
Do I need to be home while the cleaning is happening?
No, you’re welcome to be home, but it’s not required. Many clients provide access instructions so we can clean while they’re out.
How do you handle home access if I won’t be there during the cleaning?
You can leave a key, provide a door code, or share the method you’re most comfortable with. We always take great care when entering and exiting your home.

How do you determine the price for a cleaning appointment?
Pricing is based on your home’s size and the type of cleaning service you choose. We provide clear, upfront estimates so you know exactly what to expect.
Can I get an estimate before booking a service?
Absolutely. We offer firm prices during the booking process so you can understand costs before making a decision. There are no hidden fees.
When am I charged for a cleaning appointment?
You can book your cleaning anytime — no charge is made at the time of booking.
We place a temporary authorization hold on your card 3 days before your scheduled appointment. This hold will occur at booking if the appointment is within the next three days. This is not a charge — it simply verifies the card on file.
Your card is then officially charged after your cleaning has been completed.
This process helps us keep our schedule reliable while ensuring you’re only charged once the service has been performed.
Do you offer discounts for recurring cleanings?
Yes. Recurring weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly clients receive discounted rates as a thank-you for scheduling ongoing service.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards. We do not accept cash or checks (although cash tips provided directly to your cleaner are accepted). If you have questions about payment options, just let us know—we’re happy to help.
